Shipping & Returns

Please allow up to 2-5 days for your order to be shipped. An email confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that a good email address is provided when placing your order.

Please ensure you verify your shipping address before placing order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong shipping address if entered incorrectly when placing an order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
